The Society of Fire Protection Engineers is hosting a technical engineering symposium dedicated to the current progress in fire safety in Li-ion batteries. The 3-day SFPE Engineering Solutions Symposium brings together fire safety experts, engineers, researchers, and industry leaders to discuss and explore innovative approaches and best practices for ensuring the safety of these systems.
Learn about innovative engineering solutions for bulk storage of battery products, electric and micro mobility vehicles hazards, risk assessment techniques, and best practices in ESS design and implementation, and stay informed about the latest regulations shaping the energy storage landscape.
The Day 1 program on Tuesday will focus on the fundamentals of thermal runaway and hazards in the morning and codes and Standards in the afternoon. A separate registration is available for those who want only to attend Days 2 and 3.
